Delivery Policy

At Lloyd Prestige Vehicles Ltd, we understand how important it is to receive your replacement number plates and accessories quickly and safely. That’s why we’ve partnered with Evri, a trusted and reliable delivery service that we’ve used for past orders without any issues, to ensure your orders arrive securely and on time.

Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched the same working day, while orders placed after 11 am will be processed the next working day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Below are the delivery options available to suit your needs

Enjoy affordable delivery on all orders containing number plates and accessories with our Evri Standard Delivery service. This option incurs a small fee for postage and aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Rest assured, your shipment is fully trackable from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door, complete with GPS tracking.

Returns Policy​

Recognising the unique nature of our products, we’ve developed a clear and detailed return policy to provide our customers with clarity and confidence. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the policy outlined below:

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations of the United Kingdom, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the items. However, this right does not apply to bespoke or customised items, including those specifically tailored to individual specifications. Number plates are classified as bespoke products and, as such, are exempt from standard return provisions. Due to the personalised nature of the product, which is created to meet specific requirements, it cannot be resold, and therefore, returns are not permitted under UK consumer law.

If you receive a number plate that is damaged or does not match the specifications of your order, it is essential to notify Lloyd Prestige Vehicles Ltd immediately. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the damaged or incorrect items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

For non-personalised items, such as accessories, customers must inform Lloyd Prestige Vehicles Ltd within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to return it. Once we have been notified, the item must be returned within 14 days. If the item is found to be damaged due to the customer’s actions or those of a third party, Lloyd Prestige Vehicles Ltd reserves the right to evaluate the legitimacy of the return at our discretion.

For certain transactions involving number plates, a cancellation fee may apply. The specifics of this fee, including the conditions under which it may be charged, are outlined in our dedicated cancellation policy. We strongly advise customers to review this policy before completing their purchase to fully understand any potential obligations. Please note, this fee helps to offset administrative and processing costs associated with cancelled orders. Our primary aim is to maintain transparency in all our transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that cancelling an order for number plates will incur a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee depends on when the cancellation request is made — the longer you wait, the higher the fee may be. These fees are necessary due to the payment processing systems we use, which charge a fee for each refund, and because number plates are bespoke items. If production has already begun, the cancellation fee may be higher. Any applicable fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exceptions:
Orders consisting solely of accessories may be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Additionally, we may, at our discretion, choose to waive the cancellation fee for number plate or private registration orders.
As our number plates are custom-made, the right to cancel is waived once production has started or if 90 days have passed since your order was placed.
If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed to your chosen payment method. Refunds typically take 2-3 working days to appear, though you should allow up to 7 working days for processing.
